Privacy Policy for Hustle

Effective Date: August 29, 2026

Rapid Roofing ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Hustle mobile application (com.hustle.hoods). We prioritize user privacy above all else.

1. What stays on your device

All of the following is stored in the app's private storage and is never transmitted anywhere:

• Your location history and recorded GPS breadcrumbs
• Your recorded tracks and your street coverage heatmap
• Saved leads, including names, addresses, phone numbers, notes and site photos
• App settings, preferences and your subscription state

If you uninstall Hustle, this data is deleted with it. We hold no copy and cannot recover it for you. If that matters to you, keep the app installed.

2. We collect nothing

Hustle does not read or transmit any device identifier. Not your Android ID, not an advertising ID, not your phone number, not a serial number, not an installation token. We do not operate a server that Hustle communicates with, so there is nowhere for such information to go.

There are no analytics libraries, no crash reporting services, no advertising networks and no tracking of any kind in this app.

3. What the app requests from map providers

Maps and directions cannot be drawn without asking someone for them. Hustle uses the following providers, and this is everything they receive:

Stadia Maps Routing and address search	The destination you typed or tapped, and your current coordinates as the starting point of the route.	Only when you search for a place or start navigation.
OpenFreeMap Map imagery	The map tiles for the area currently on your screen. This describes where you are looking, which is usually where you are.	Whenever the map is visible and you move or zoom it.
OpenStreetMap (Overpass) Road geometry	A bounding box around your current area, so the app can align your recorded driving to real streets.	While recording a track, as you move into a new area.
Google Play Billing Subscriptions	Handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details.	Only when you subscribe, restore or manage a subscription.

These requests carry no name, no account and no identifier for you — only the geographic information each provider needs to answer. Each provider handles what it receives under its own privacy policy: Stadia Maps, OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap Foundation, Google.

4. Permissions, and why each one exists

• Location (precise) — to record the streets you drive and to navigate. Recording continues while the app is in the background using a foreground service, which shows a persistent notification the whole time it is running.
• Camera — only when you choose to attach a photo to a lead. Photos are saved in the app's private storage.
• Notifications — for the recording notification, turn-by-turn guidance, and the prompt to take a lead photo when you request one from your car display.
• Billing — for the Google Play subscription.

Hustle does not request background location access. It does not need it: location is only read while the recording service is running and visible in your notification shade.

5. No accounts, no sharing, no advertising

• Hustle has no sign-up and no user accounts.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone.
• We use no advertising networks and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• We use no third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.

6. Standard store diagnostics

As part of standard Google Play operations, Google may aggregate anonymous performance reports — general crash statistics and download metrics — and provide them to us through the Google Play Console. This data is anonymised by Google and handled under Google's Privacy Policy. We cannot identify individual users from it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep nothing, because we receive nothing. Your data lives on your device for as long as you keep the app installed, and is deleted when you uninstall it.

8. Deleting your data

Uninstalling Hustle removes everything it has stored, including all of your recorded coverage, leads and photos. There is no server-side copy to request the deletion of, and no account to close.

Your subscription is managed by Google Play and can be cancelled at any time in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

9. Children's privacy

Hustle is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — or, for that matter, from anyone.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

If our privacy practices change in a future version of Hustle, this page will be updated with a new effective date. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
